We have a private and secure system with an admin panel for useful tasks and management, which enables you to display photos to a select group of members. You choose who has access to them; members have to log in with their email address and a secure password.
It is so easy to use those with no technical abilities will manage without issues.
Upload photos, choose your caption; and choose your album name. There are 2 text areas, one above and one below the gallery images, for you to provide further information to your members.

Process
When you have completed the payment process you will be redirected to a page with a link to the Welcome page - please read it.
We have various tasks to perform such as setting up a subdomain on our main domain, adding your logo, adding your policies link and cookie settings.
We carry out this work during regular office hours. Your invoice will also be prepared during office hours and you will receive it via email.

- Harassment, threats, or content intended to bully or intimidate others.
- Impersonating someone else or misleading users about your identity or affiliation.
- Publishing sensitive personal information about third parties without consent.
- Sending spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications.
Enforcement:
- Any attempt to create web pages or use the system in violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
- Refunds will only be withheld where permitted by UK law; statutory consumer rights are not affected.
- We actively monitor content and will act promptly to remove or disable access to illegal or prohibited material.

- These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be dealt with accordingly.
