Every website project we build follows a clear, structured process, so you always know where things stand, what happens next, and exactly what you are getting. No guesswork, no unexpected costs, and no disappearing once the work is complete.
At a glance, every project involves the following stages:
We generally find our clients fall into one of these three categories:
That generally means:
We find most people have no idea what to write, that is understandable, and do not have the time to write it.
We ask a few questions to get some facts from you, we prepare Google-friendly text, you review it, we alter it as necessary if needed.
Photos, your logo, and videos will need to be supplied by you.
If you do not have a suitable logo we can help with graphic design.
Contact us by phone or through the contact form, whichever suits you. We will discuss what your business needs, what you already have, and what you want to achieve. If we are not the right fit for your project, we will tell you honestly.
For our set-price single-page and multi-page website packages, we provide a free homepage mock-up before you commit. It is delivered within 24–48 hours, with no obligation to proceed.
The preview shows the proposed layout, colours, navigation and content placement, giving you the opportunity to see the quality and direction of our work before spending a penny.
This service does not apply to custom websites, where a full consultation and specification are required first.
If you do not yet have content available, we will use suitable placeholder content for the preview.
Placeholder content is temporary text, images or other elements used to represent the final content while a website is being designed or built. It allows you to see how the finished page will look and how the available space will be used before the final content is added.
Before any work begins, we agree exactly what will be built and what is included. The price we quote is the price you pay. It will not change unless you request additional work outside the agreed specification, or change your mind from thr original specification.
A deposit confirms your place in our build schedule. Work begins only after the project scope, specification and price have been agreed by both sides.
Every project is built from scratch using handcrafted code. We do not rely on templates, website builders or pre-built themes.
For our website packages, we use our professional component library where appropriate, allowing us to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency. For custom websites, everything is developed specifically to your requirements.
You will receive updates throughout the build, so you are never left wondering how your project is progressing.
Proofreading checks your website content for spelling, grammar, punctuation, consistency and obvious errors before it is published. It ensures your content is clear, accurate and professionally presented.
Once the build is complete, you review the project. Any amendments that fall within the agreed scope are dealt with at this stage. Nothing goes live until you are happy with the finished result.
Our websites are available with the option of our in-house developed CMS.
A CMS (Content Management System) is a system that allows you to create, manage and update website content without needing to edit the underlying code. It makes it easier to keep pages, text, images and other content up to date, while the technical structure of the website remains in place.
We can apply the CMS to whichever sections of each page you choose.
As preparing the CMS can take a few days, depending on the number of pages involved, we can implement it after launch, if you prefer, to avoid delaying the launch of your site.
Once you have approved the project, we take care of everything required to put it live, including domain configuration, hosting setup and the necessary technical arrangements.
Our support does not end when your project goes live. Flexible maintenance packages are available to cover content updates, technical support and backups.
Small text changes are typically completed the same day, while larger requests are normally handled the same or next working day.
Clear pricing. Handcrafted work. Support that continues after launch.
